Welcome to Aurora! Our goal at Aurora is to make you love every item you order, but we know that returns happen. So we hope this gives you a simple process. What is your return policy? We accept returns or exchanges of unused items in their original condition, within 30 days of delivery, for store credit only. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. All items using the 30% discount code are final sale. Returns are limited to store credit only! Returns in person at the Happy Returns Bar are free of charge and will not incur shipping label charges. Postal returns will be subject to a $6 shipping label fee, which will be deducted from your store credit. We do not offer exchanges for international orders at this time. Returned international orders will only be eligible for store credit. Start your return or exchange here. For the sake of transparency: Store Credit only handles the cost of the item. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Happy Returns: We've partnered with Happy Returns to allow fast, easy, and eco-friendly returns across the United States. From December 5, 2024, happy returns are only available for returns of 2 items or less. You can start your happy return by clicking here. Happy Returns will send you a QR code and courier code for you to provide at your local Happy Returns bar. They won't be able to accept your return without the code, so make sure you set up your return before heading to the Happy Returns Bar location. For returns at the Happy Returns Bar, no shipping box or mailing envelope is required. If any return does not meet the above requirements, our excellent customer service team will contact you via email or phone. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify our customer service department within 3 days of receiving your order. We ask for any damaged photos to speed up the processing. We do our best to accurately display the correct color of our clothing, but colors may vary due to photographic lenses and lighting.
